Can anyone help me with my car?

i was driving my car the other day and i te ABS light was on the car ran like junk around 1800 rpm it would spit and sputter but when ever you raised the rpm the problem seemed to go away, then on the drive home it ran perfect and the ABS light was out can anyone tell me if they are connected or 2 differet problems
