Do you have any CAW's in your SvR 2011 universe mode?

I have a few such as Goldberg, AJ Styles, Jeff Hardy, etc. Can anyone tell me an easy way to build them up so that they can get a title match? I know the simplest way is to just keep winning matches but how many months would that take for say a brand new CAW.
