Does anyone have a good recipe for a healthy freezable stew or cerole?

I'd like to make one to warm my family up but also that I can freeze and pull out to defrost for my 2 year old when I need something quick. Everyone loves cerole but it's umed so wide known that there are no recipes in any of my cookbooks for one!!
