Computer screen is showing no signal but computer is hooked up?

hm.......... maybe the wire from the screen to the computer box is faulty. disconnect and connect another computer screen to the computer (either from another computer you own or a friend's). if it still doesn't work then connect the SCREEN to another computer. If that doesn't work then but another computer screen or get a professional to look at it. GOOD LUCK :)
