Why does it seem like teenage pregnany rates are higher in the city?

I think it is because city parties are more wild and crime rate is higher. A lot of city parents let their kids do whatever they want, mostly because they are to occupied doing their own wild behaviors. Teen drinking and drugs are more popular in the city also. I think it all has to do with the strictness of the parents and the city wildness.
