Should this make me angry?

So a few weeks ago, me and my guy friend, we'll call him Jake, were at a play for school. It was like an hour and a half long. We like eachother (neither have admitted it, but we hug and hold hands) So Jake was holding my hand for most of it. So about halfway through it. He brought his other hand into the picture and was holding my hand with both. Then with his one hand he was like feeling my arm. Really lightly just feeling it, it was really weird. Then his hand went on my thigh dangerously close to my for a few minutes then back to caressing my arm. I have no idea what any of this means. What do you guys think?
