Are any of you moms having trouble with pesky flying critters?

I am a very clean and neat person. My house is immaculate, yet I see these flying, critters called gnats usually in the kitchen area. And a few in my bedroom recently. I've been in my townhome since March, first it was ladybugs, then the maintenance man came and sprayed, no more ladybugs, now its gnats. I was going to bomb the whole place, but I decided to try a baking soda and vinegar cleaning method, and to target my garbage disposal. I did this and didn't see any gnats for a few days. I thorougly cleaned out the refrigerator, microwave, floor, bleached out the trashcans, keep trash taken out, diapers disposed of immediately in the dumpster, dishes washed up promptly, but still I'm seeing them here and there. NOt as many as before, but I'm still swapping them. What can I do? Bombing is sooo time consuming and I have a 2 1/2 year old Autistic boy, who has therapist in and out of the house constantly. Is anybody else who is clean, having this problem?
