Does Africa belong to the blacks and europe to the whites?

there is tons of whites in south africa and less than 6% are in west/central africa. and very few blacks in europe. No africa doesn't belong to blacks and europe doesn't belong to whites. it is just the vast majority of africa is black while the vast majority of europe is white. although so black africans feel that african is a black continent and should remain that way which is why genocide is so high in certain areas there definitely south africa while the idiot arabs/berbers up north are trying to take over the whole northern part of the continent by commiting genocide(in sudan) but they wont be very successful... Most white natives of europe feel europe should be for whites only and that is why they act racist as well. Yes a human being should have the right to live where he pleases.
