Have any other customers faced harment, slander, & discrimination at Fry's Electronics in Tempe, AZ Arizona

On the evening of Friday July 4, 2008 (at approx. 6:15pm MST) I was verbally hared and falsely accused by the store manager, Dave Birt, of things that I did not do. He (along with a security gaurd drone) approached me while I was in the DVD section shopping for movies. The first thing he said was "You have been making offensive inquiries to some employees." which was completely false. He then accused me of "making offensive gestures to his employees", and while I was asking him to explain himself, he said my hand movements were of "attacking nature" while all the while I was just standing there confused. I politely asked him to elaborate on these accusations and he retorted, "You seem to be confused, which is fine, but I've already told you what you did! Since you're being uncooperative, you're now tressping!" I pleaded with him, "You haven't told me what I did, this is harment. You've only accused me on things I haven't done." Long story short: I made my purchase and left.
