If it hasn't already been asked this morning, what does everyone think about researchers creating?

It has nothing to do with God for me, but I still think it's wrong. It's an abomination against nature itself. Can you imagine what a horrible creature that would be if they actually managed to keep it alive? It would be half as intelligent as a human being, and would more than likely be completely hideous. I think that we're stepping into territory that's going to backfire on us in a big way. Obviously there would be benefits, such as a cure for cancer. But there was this little guy in history, perhaps you heard of him. His name was Joseph Stalin. He tried to do the same thing to breed super-soldiers. Can you imagine what would have happened had Hitler been able to make Gorilla-Human Chimerian Soldiers?
