Is it my place to...?

Ok, so my sister is having a baby,a girl. I was close to my sister when we were younger then we got separated but we still saw each other a lot and now we speak frenquently. So she got married in March and is now Preggo. She was going to name to baby Alexis because that is her middle name and I thought that was sooo cute! But then yesterday over the phone she told me that her husband wanted her to name the baby after his mom who died and my sister never met. Ok so my issue is that the name is...not cute for a baby girl. It's Gloria. Is it my place to say something about this name? After all my sister never met his mom, he has other kids from a previous marriage and this is my sisters first baby! Not only that but this name is not suitable for a young girl, I feel that way anyway but is it my place?
