Please Please Help Me I need Your Advice I Am Totally Screwed Up With My Revision?

I have my psychology exam next week and I literally no nothing at all and I mean nothing at all! I was suppose to revise and start roughly 6 weeks ago but I don't what the hell is wrong with me. How the hell do I get a whole years worth of work into my head in a week. The AS paper consists of 6 different units very long with theorists and their beliefs and the study of human behaviour etc etc. Please Please Please Please help me if you can, especially if you underwent through a situation like this when you were my age taking your A levels (it would be a bonus if you were actually studying psychology and left it at the very last minute) and had this somewhat extreme lazyness and I mean extreme lazyness like you'd never believe that has actually worked before and have scrapped with the skin of your teeth! I did exactly the same thing last year and ended up with E's and U's it is very disheartening and dissappointing and I don't know why I don't feel like revision when I'm meant too.
