What should I do SOS ?

My friend and I were talking one day and he was trying to gusses who I like and he guessed her so I said ya sarcastically it was the end of that later on that week he talking with another person and he said he should start recording conversations and I said like the time I said I like the girl with sarcasm he stupid and starts saying that I like her and he gose up to her and says I like her but then I am like I said it sarcastically and then she said what so bad about me( PACman dying sound) I froze and said I like someone else even though I don't. so help me please
