Would Ovarian Cancer show up in a routine bloodtest?

Unfortunately, there is no test for ovarian cancer. It's important to be aware of the symptoms which may include pressure or pain in the abdomen, pelvis, back, or legs; a swollen or bloated abdomen; nausea, indigestion, gas, constipation, or diarrhea; and fatigue. As these can be symptoms of other problems as well, ovarian cancer can often go undiagnosed until the cancer is in advanced stages. If you're having these symptoms, talk to your doctor.
